There is no impediment to an endowment (waqf) with a permissible condition. Therefore, the condition of the waqif (endower) must be fulfilled. This land is an endowment, and the condition of the endower must be fulfilled, which is reciting the Qur'an and dedicating the reward to her. It is permissible to divide the benefits of the endowment among the heirs, but the land remains an endowment and is not owned by them, and it is not permissible to divide it as an act of transferring ownership. It is permissible for some heirs to take the endowment with its condition if the others agree.
