Is it permissible to supplicate using a wording that appeared in a weak or fabricated hadith, provided it does not contain any Sharia-prohibited elements, and without considering it an act of worship?

Supplication (Du'a) is of two types: restricted and unrestricted. Restricted supplication, which is tied to a specific time, place, or act of worship, does not permit the innovation of a supplication not prescribed by religious law. This is because it requires following the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as mentioned by Ibn Taymiyyah and Al-Mu'allimi. As for unrestricted supplication, which has no specific supplication prescribed for it by religious law, there is no harm in benefiting from the supplications of the righteous or phrases found in weak hadiths, provided that they do not contain anything objectionable, that no specific virtue is believed to be attached to them, and that one does not constantly adhere to supplicating with them.
