Does a wife return to her husband if he divorced her by saying: "You are divorced," then took her back by sending a text message via mobile phone saying: "I have taken you back," before the expiry of her 'iddah?

The phrase "You are divorced" is an explicit form of divorce, by which divorce takes place even if the husband did not intend it. If this divorce does not complete the three (divorces), the husband has the right to take back his wife before her waiting period expires, based on the Almighty's saying: "And their husbands have more right to take them back in that [period] if they want reconciliation."
