ما هو الدليل على حرمة الصدقة من المال الحرام في الكتاب والسنة، ولمن يكون أجرها؟

The Shari'ah has indicated that Allah does not accept charity from ill-gotten gains; this is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "No one gives in charity from good (halal earnings), and Allah accepts only what is good (halal)." The meaning of "good" here is "halal" (lawful). Based on this, whoever possesses unlawful wealth must dispose of it by giving it to the poor and needy, and those in similar categories who serve the interests of Muslims. For this, there is no reward of charity, but rather a reward for complying with Allah's command.
