What is the ruling on raising one's hands in supplication at graves after burial?

The default in supplication (Du'a) is to raise the hands, except in specific instances where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not raise his hands, such as during the Friday sermon, except when praying for rain (Istisqa'), between the two prostrations, and after the salutation (Taslim (definition)) of the prayers. As for what has been narrated concerning his raising them, peace and blessings be upon him, or what has not been narrated with either a negation or affirmation, the Sunnah (definition) is to raise the hands because it is among the reasons for the supplication to be answered. This includes supplicating for the deceased at the grave.
