What is the ruling on trimming eyelashes for the purpose of lengthening or thickening them, and is this considered namṣ?

Plucking or trimming eyelashes falls under the forbidden act of namṣ, due to the hadith: "Allah has cursed the women who practice tattooing and those who get tattooed, and the women who pluck their facial hair and those who get it plucked, and the women who make spaces between their teeth for beauty, changing the creation of Allah." These actions are forbidden because their doers are cursed, and namṣ is the plucking of hair from the face.
