Is the zakat due on me or on my brother for the money I deposited with him and which he invested without my knowledge?

You are obligated to pay Zakat on the aforementioned money for all past years if it reached the nisab and a full year passed on it in each year, because you are its owner. As for your brother, Zakat is not obligatory for him unless you authorize him.
