What is the ruling on changing clothes if they become impure due to a continuous discharge of feces (fecal سلس), and does an abscess (الخراج) have the same ruling as سلس, and is one sinful for not seeking treatment?

One who is afflicted with urinary incontinence (Sals) must wash the affected area and bandage it, then perform ablution (Wudu') for each prayer. What exits during the prayer does not harm them. They are required to wash any impurities that have stained their clothes. If this is difficult for them, they may pray in their condition after performing Wudu' once the time for prayer has begun. The continuous discharge from either of the two private parts falls under the ruling of incontinence.
