Is it permissible to work in the field of money transfers that arrive in US dollars and are delivered to the recipient in local currency at the bank's exchange rate, knowing that the recipient loses approximately 3% of the transfer's value due to the difference between the exchange rate and the market rate?

Upon completion of the transfer, the amount must be delivered in the currency that was transferred. The recipient cannot be forced to exchange it into the local currency, for Allah Almighty says: (Do not consume one another's property unjustly but only [in lawful] trade by mutual consent), and the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: (Indeed, selling is by mutual consent). If you are compelled to exchange it into the local currency at the bank rate, there is no sin upon you, and the sin is upon those who wrong the people. However, the client must be informed of this to prevent deceit and fraud.
