The question

Is it permissible to interrupt the recitation of the Quran by saying "God Almighty has spoken the truth" after finishing it, by analogy with saying "Praise be to God" after sneezing, or is it not permissible to say "Praise be to God" during the recitation of the Quran?

The answer

If a Qur'an reciter sneezes during their recitation, it is recommended for them to interrupt the recitation to praise Allah. If they do not do so and continue reciting, they have omitted something recommended, but there is no sin upon them; because the command to praise Allah upon sneezing is for recommendation, not obligation. It is preferable not to say "Allah the Almighty has spoken the truth" when interrupting the recitation for praising Allah.
