Is it permissible to sell and sew women's non-concealing dresses, by analogy with the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) gifting of a red silk garment to Omar ibn Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), despite the prohibition against cooperating in sin and aggression?

The hadith indicates the permissibility of trading in clothing that is permissible to use in one respect but not another, such as silk, which is permissible for women but not men, and the permissibility of gifting it and donating it. Whoever possesses it must use it in a permissible way. This ruling applies to jewelry, weapons, grapes, and everything that can be used in either a permissible or prohibited manner. As for what is forbidden to use in every respect, like pork, it is not permissible to trade in it or gift it. It is not correct to compare the sale of prohibited items, such as cigarettes or immodest swimsuits, to what is mentioned in the hadith.
