Does prayer in the outer courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque not equal prayer inside it in reward, which is a thousand prayers?

Prayer in the Prophet’s Mosque is equivalent to a thousand prayers, in the Sacred Mosque (Masjid al-Haram (definition)) to one hundred thousand prayers, and in al-Aqsa Mosque to five hundred prayers. The term "mosque" includes its interior and the connected surrounding areas. Any expansions added to it also take the ruling of the mosque in terms of virtue and reward.
