Is it permissible to pay the usurious interest incurred on a credit card to the bank, in order for the Sharia-compliant Murabaha request for purchasing a car to be approved?

The late payment fee for a credit card is usurious interest (riba), which is prohibited and not obligatory to pay. One must strive to avoid it by any permissible means. It is not permissible to make purchases through a company that obligates you to pay usurious interest, due to the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) curse upon the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses.
