Which are the most severe and the most hopeful hadiths in the Noble Prophetic Sunnah?

The description "most severe hadith" refers to hadiths such as the squeezing of Sa'd ibn Mu'adh in the grave, and the hadith "Act, for everyone is facilitated for what he was created," which Ahmad ibn Hanbal views as a strong urging to act.
