2. A single person may be given what suffices them for one year, and there is no harm in giving them all the Zakat if it is less than their annual need.
3. Zakat must be disbursed immediately and given to those who are entitled to it. It is not permissible to delay it to accumulate a larger sum or to start a project.
4. It is not permissible to give Zakat to those who do not fall under the legitimate categories specified for it.
5. It is not necessary to inform the recipients that the money given is Zakat, unless it is known that they would not accept it otherwise.
