Is the aforementioned supplication for hastening marriage correct, especially the recitation of the verses 100 times?

Reciting the Quran is one of the greatest acts of worship, and it is permissible to use it as a means of seeking closeness to Allah for permissible needs. Designating specific surahs or verses for accelerating marriage has no basis in the Sunnah (definition). Designating verses for specific purposes is only established through the Prophet, peace be upon him.

A Muslim should seek closeness to Allah through righteous deeds such as reciting the Quran, remembrance (dhikr), prayer (salat), and charity (sadaqah (definition)), and then supplicate to Allah for whatever they wish.

Beginning a supplication by praising Allah and sending blessings upon the Prophet, peace be upon him, is sound. Performing two rak'ahs for a need (Salat al-Hajah (definition)) is permissible, and repeating it is also permissible. Supplicating with "Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum" (O Ever-Living, O Sustainer of all existence) and similar phrases should be done.

Piety (taqwa (definition)) towards Allah Almighty is the greatest means for having supplications answered, including adhering to prayers at their prescribed times and staying away from sins, for Allah says: "Indeed, Allah only accepts from the righteous" (Quran 5:27). There is no specific mention of Surat al-Waqi'ah for Friday night.
