Is it permissible to marry a young woman who works in a management position where there is concern for her, given that the questioner is a protective young man?

A woman's work in a mixed-gender environment leads to corruption and dangers to religion and morals. Therefore, the woman should be convinced to leave this job and seek another, non-mixed job if she needs to work. If she agrees, then there is no harm in marrying her. But if she is not convinced, it is better to leave her and seek a woman of religion and good character who obeys her husband, raises her children, and manages her home, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A woman is married for four reasons: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty, and for her religion. So, succeed with the one who has religion, and you will be blessed."
