What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding saying "By divorce, you will not go to your mother's house again," without the intention of divorce, then the wife going to her family's house after a problem?

If you swore an oath of divorce upon your wife that she should not go to her mother, and then you ordered her to go, divorce has occurred according to the majority of scholars. You may take her back before the expiration of her iddah (definition), provided it is not the third divorce. Ibn Taymiyyah held the view that an expiation for an oath is due if divorce was not intended. The oath is not broken, nor does divorce occur, if you had a specific intention at the time of the oath, such as intending that she should not go except in certain cases, or if the reason for which you swore the oath ceased to exist without your action.
