The answer

We have previously clarified the impermissibility of traveling to those countries due to the dangers involved and the trials a Muslim might face, in addition to those countries not welcoming immigrants. If you caused them to be deceived or forced into this journey, or even agreed to it, then you bear responsibility for not advising them, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no servant whom Allah entrusts with a flock, who dies on the day he dies while being deceitful to his flock, except that Allah forbids Paradise for him." And his saying: "There is no servant whom Allah entrusts with a flock, who does not surround them with his advice, except that he will not find the fragrance of Paradise."
