What is the ruling of Sharia regarding a husband who curses his wife and her family, slanders her honor in front of their children, and verbally abuses her with phrases such as, "You will not enter Paradise"? And what is the ruling on describing a Muslim as a hypocrite, and slandering the honor of the wife's sister based on pictures? And is it considered unlawful for the wife to go out to fulfill essential household needs without a mahram, given that she is modestly dressed?

Cursing and insulting a Muslim is forbidden, especially if the Muslim is a close relative, such as a wife. A wife has a solemn covenant and a strong bond, and it is forbidden to insult, curse, or harm her or her family. Insulting a Muslim is a transgression, and harming Muslims is among the grave sins. It is not permissible to judge a specific person as one who will not enter Paradise or that Allah will not forgive them. A woman who obeys her Lord, fulfills her husband's rights, and guards her chastity, will enter Paradise, Allah willing. It is not permissible to describe a believer as a hypocrite, and a woman is not permitted to leave her home without her husband's permission, except for a necessary need. A mahram is not required for a short distance that is not considered travel.
