The question

What is the ruling on one who intended to perform Hajj from Jordan, passed through Medina, then entered into a state of Ihram from Jeddah after staying there, did not spend the night in Mina due to lack of accommodation, stoned the Jamarat for two days in one day, and did not offer the sacrificial animal (Hadi)? And is his Hajj valid?

The answer

You can perform Hajj this year, but your previous Hajj requires a blood sacrifice (dam) to be slaughtered and distributed among the poor of the Haram, due to delaying the ihram from the miqat of Dhul-Hulaifah. Staying overnight in Mina during the nights of Tashreeq is obligatory. If you do not find accommodation and it is difficult to stay, you should go to the last tents connected to Mina, and some scholars waive the overnight stay in such a case. There is no harm in delaying the first day of throwing (ramy) during Tashreeq and throwing it with the second day. If you performed Hajj Ifraad, there is no sacrifice (hady) upon you. If you performed Hajj Qiran or Tamattu' and did not slaughter the hady, then you must slaughter it as a make-up (qada') in Mecca or Mina.
