How can one invite his sisters and brother, who live in a European country and act like disbelievers (they do not pray, pluck their eyebrows, etc.), to the path of Allah, knowing that they refuse advice?

A Muslim is obligated to protect himself and his family from the Hellfire. He must also employ means that aid in this, such as: sincerity, seeking beneficial knowledge from the Quran and Sunnah, being a good example in conduct and morals, utilizing influential events for calling to Allah, and not despairing, while increasing supplications for their guidance.

It is also important to know that residing in lands of disbelief is not permissible except out of necessity.
