What is the remedy for obsessions that affect prayer, dealings, and family relationships, and that make me feel like a hypocrite when doing good, especially with opposition during the study of the Quran, and in light of responsibilities towards adults and children?
You must cast aside obsessive thoughts and pay them no mind, whether they concern acts of worship or daily dealings. Be sure to be sincere to Allah and do not care for the whisperings of Satan that make one think an action is showing off, for abandoning an action for the sake of people is showing off, and performing an action for the sake of people is polytheism (shirk). Studying the Qur'an will become easier by organizing your time and consistently doing a little bit, and by persevering in struggling against Satan and the self that incites evil, for whoever strives, Allah will grant them success. Taking care of children and managing their affairs is a great act of worship for which you will be rewarded, with the right intention and seeking recompense from Allah.
