Islam has not forbidden women from working if they wish, provided that they do not neglect the trust of their home and children, and that they maintain modesty, virtue, and commitment, as a protection for them and a preservation for society. Allah has guaranteed her needs for shelter, clothing, and food, to spare her from the burden of employment.
