The answer

Photographing a couple at their wedding is fraught with several caveats, the most important of which is photographing the wife in her full adornment without security against her photos falling into the hands of a non-, especially if the photographer is a non-mahram man. It is not permissible for a non-mahram man to see a woman in such adornment, yet people have become lax in this regard. Likewise, it is not permissible to photograph the adorned bride if the photographer or the photo processor is a non-mahram to her, or if the photos will reach a non-mahram. If she is merely engaged and the marriage contract has not been concluded, it is not permissible to sit with her and photograph her in this adornment because she is still a non-mahram to him.
