If the work is outside the official working hours of the company, then there is no harm in accepting the bonus. However, if the work is during official working hours, or if the bonus is due to it, then it is not permissible to take it except with the permission of the official in the company. Otherwise, it belongs to the company, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "What is wrong with an agent whom I send, and he says: 'This is for you, and this was gifted to me'? Why did he not sit in his father's house, or in his mother's house, until he saw whether anything would be gifted to him or not?" The Hadith.
