Does a triple divorce take effect if pronounced by the fiancé to his fiancée in a state of anger, knowing that he regrets it and does not want his fiancée or her family to know about it, and this occurred after the marriage contract?

If a husband says to his wife, "You are divorced by three," while being fully aware of what he is saying, she becomes irrevocably divorced from him with a major divorce (baynunah kubra). She does not become lawful for him again until she marries another husband willingly, consummates the marriage with him, and then he divorces her and her waiting period (iddah) from him ends. This is because the aforementioned wording pronounces a triple divorce according to the majority of scholars. However, if he was in a state of extreme anger that deprived him of his awareness, his divorce does not take effect. The presence or knowledge of the wife is not a condition for the divorce to occur. It is preferable to refer the matter to the Sharia court.
