The answer

A wife's condition to her husband that there be no marital intimacy after reconciliation is not permissible, and she must respond to his desire unless there is a legitimate excuse. The wife is advised to strive in helping her husband repent from hashish use, seek assistance from righteous people, encourage him to associate with good company, and frequently supplicate for his guidance. If that does not yield results, and the wife believes that there is no good for her or her children in remaining with the husband, then divorce might be a better option, in accordance with the Almighty’s saying: "But if they separate [by divorce], Allah will enrich each of them from His abundance." This should be done with reliance on Allah and having a good opinion of Him.
