What is the ruling on the social security system adopted at the state level, and what is the ruling on the pension received after retirement?

If social security adheres to the Sharia regulations, then there is no harm in subscribing to it and receiving a salary from it. However, if it does not adhere, then it is not permissible to subscribe to it. If a person is forced to subscribe, he is not allowed to benefit from it except to the extent of what is permissible in it. He must dispose of the remaining amount, whether it is a monthly salary or a lump sum payment upon retirement.
