What is the distribution of inheritance for heirs that include a mother, a wife, 3 daughters, a son's daughter, 3 full sisters, a half-sister through the father, 4 half-brothers through the father, 10 full nephews, 6 half-nephews through the father, and 5 paternal uncles who are half-brothers of the father through the father?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a descendant of the deceased, the daughters receive two-thirds, and the mother receives one-sixth due to the existence of a descendant of the deceased and a plurality of brothers and sisters. The remainder goes to the full sisters by way of ta’sib (residuary heirship), as "sisters, when with daughters, become residuary heirs."

The inheritance is divided into 72 shares: the daughters receive 48 shares (16 for each), the mother receives 12 shares, the wife receives 9 shares, and each sister receives one share by way of ta’sib.

Other relatives are excluded by complete disenfranchisement (hajb hirmān).

The matter of inheritance must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be an unknown heir, or wills, or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
