What is the ruling on marrying a woman infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) if her viral load is very low and undetectable, knowing that she was previously married and has a child who was not infected? Is it permissible for her to marry if her relations are protected, or if both parties agree not to engage in sexual intercourse, or if the man wishes to fulfill her marital rights to please Allah?

It is permissible for a person afflicted with AIDS to marry a healthy person or another afflicted person, provided that they inform the other party of their illness.
