Is it permissible for a wife to address her husband's father as "Sayyidi" (my master/sir) out of respect and appreciation?

It is permissible to address a virtuous and honorable man as "Sayyid" (master/sir) out of respect and esteem, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did with Sa'd ibn Mu'adh and Al- ibn Ali, may Allah be pleased with them both, and as Umar ibn Al-Khattab said regarding Abu Bakr and Bilal, may Allah be pleased with them both. There is no harm for a woman in addressing her husband's father as such, bearing in mind that it is not permissible to use the term "Sayyid" for a hypocrite, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade it.
