The answer

The definition of Taghut according to scholars is: everything worshipped besides Allah Almighty, or referred to for judgment, or obeyed in matters not known to be obedience to Allah. If a person consents to be worshipped instead of Allah, then he has become a rival to Allah and has departed from the state of servitude. And whoever says to a person "O Taghut" is as if he said "O disbeliever," for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any man who says to his brother, 'O disbeliever,' then one of them has certainly incurred it." So, the speaker must repent to Allah and refrain from such expressions.
