Is it permissible to open a café and restaurant that serves shisha through an external company, so that we have no relation to its profit? And would one of the partners be sinful if the restaurant had five partners and they took the shisha profit, while this partner had no relation to its money?

It is not permissible to enable any company to serve shisha in a restaurant, even if it is without sharing in its profits; this is because it involves cooperation in sin and aggression, which is forbidden by Islamic law. Sharia prohibits anything that leads to what is forbidden. A partner who refrains from shisha profits, if he does not prevent it while being able to do so, is a partner in sin.
