Does the painful torment mentioned in Surat Luqman befall one who rarely listens to music, does not persist in listening to it, and is not distracted by it from obeying Allah?

The exegetes interpreted the noble verse: "And of mankind is he who purchases idle talk to mislead from the path of Allah without knowledge" as referring to singing, buying female singing slaves, engaging in vain talk instead of revelation, and replacing truth with falsehood. The Sunnah and the words of scholars have indicated the prohibition of listening to singing accompanied by musical instruments. The prohibition covers those who intentionally listen to music and forbidden sounds, but there is no sin upon one who hears unintentionally.
