The answer

If the wetness a person feels after ablution (Wudu') is merely a feeling and not a certainty, then they should not pay attention to it and should pray with their ablution, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "He should not leave (the prayer) until he hears a sound or finds a smell." Certainty is not removed by doubt. However, if the person is certain of the presence of urine wetness after ablution, then they must repeat their ablution. If this is continuous, then it is urinary incontinence ( سلس بول).
