Is a second Umrah valid for a deceased parent one week after the first Umrah?

The correct view among scholars is that it is permissible to repeat Umrah in the same year, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Umrah to Umrah is an expiation for what is between them." There is no harm in repeating Umrah for a deceased parent. However, it is better for a person to perform deeds for themselves and dedicate supplications and charities to the deceased, because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "When a person dies, all his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge from which others benefit, and a righteous child who supplicates for him."
