It is important to answer children's religious questions in a manner appropriate for their age, similar to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) teaching of Ibn Abbas. If a girl asks about Allah, answer that He is the One who gave us our head, eyes, food, and drink. If she asks how Allah sees and hears us, say that He hears and sees us, but we do not know how.
