Is it permissible for a widow to give her mother and siblings from the pension she receives from the state?

If it is possible to distinguish the questioner's pension from that of her children, then she may give to her family from what is her own. As for what belongs to the children, permission must be sought from those who are adults among them. The orphan's money may only be managed by the guardian or custodian, and only in a way that serves the orphan's interest and preserves their wealth.
