The answer

One of the conditions for inheritance is the certainty of the heir's life after the death of the one from whom they inherit. A daughter who dies after her father inherits from him, and her share is transferred to her heirs if she dies before receiving it. A son's daughter inherits from her grandfather (her father's father) if he has no direct son or two or more direct daughters; otherwise, she does not inherit unless there is an agnate (male relative of equal or lower degree) to entitle her. If the son's daughter dies before her grandfather, she does not inherit from him.
