What should a married woman do, after repenting from adultery, if she became pregnant out of wedlock, to avoid destroying her family?

A woman who has committed adultery must repent and seek forgiveness for this grave sin, which in the Quran is coupled with polytheism and killing a soul. She must conceal herself and not inform anyone, even her husband, in accordance with the hadith: "Whoever commits any of these abominable deeds, let him conceal himself with the concealment of Allah." She must be wary of aborting the fetus, especially after the ensoulment. If the fetus is born alive, it is attributed to her husband due to the marital bed, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The child is for the marital bed, and for the adulterer is the stone."
