Is it sound and acceptable to cut the hair from the right side and a few hairs from the left side after 'Umrah, and what is the ruling on doing so?

What is established from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding the dis حلّ of the 'Umrah performer or the pilgrim is shaving or shortening all of the hair, and shaving is better. Some scholars are of the opinion that taking from three hairs or more is sufficient for dis حلّ. It is hoped that the 'Umrah will be accepted and that the previous action will be sufficient, but one should adhere to what has been reported from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, concerning shaving or shortening all of the head, for he, peace and blessings be upon him, shaved in his 'Umrah and Hajj and said: "Take your rituals from me."
