The answer

A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, nor does a disbeliever inherit from a Muslim. Therefore, the agreement that the questioner and her Muslim sister inherit from their Muslim mother, and that the heirs inherit from their disbelieving father, is a valid agreement and in accordance with Islamic law, provided that the mother has no other Muslim heirs besides them. As for the division of rent, it is divided according to the percentage of the house owned by each heir. The absence of the sister's son does not affect the division of inheritance or the questioner's share of the rent.
