Is the Hadith "He who does not love Ali (عليه الصلاة والسلام) will not enter Paradise" authentic?

Loving the Household of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and his noble Companions, is at the core of the belief of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah (the People of the Sunnah and the Community). Among their rights upon us are to support and honor them, for Allah the Almighty said: "Say, 'I do not ask of you any reward for it except the affection for [my] kinship.'" (Qur'an 42:23) meaning, being kind to his relatives and honoring them. And loving the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, includes loving his Companions, due to Allah's praise and commendation of them in the Qur'an.
