Is it permissible to sell mobile phones and then pay their price to the merchant?

What was agreed upon between you and the owner of the item, that you would give him the price upon selling it, presents two scenarios:

1. Ju'alah (Commission-based agency): That you act as an agent for the owner of the item in selling it for a known amount. Ignorance of the work does not harm. In this case, the item remains the property of its owner. 2. Deferred Sale: That you purchase the item at a specific deferred price, and then sell it for whatever price you wish. In this case, ownership of the item transfers to you, and a promise of annulment (iqalah) can be taken in the event the items are not sold, but this promise is not binding on the seller according to the majority of scholars.
