When does the mourning period end for a woman whose husband died on 27/6/1422 AH, at 7:15, and must she exit the 'iddah at the exact time of his death?

The mourning period ends with the completion of the iddah (definition) (waiting period) of death, which is four months and ten days, or with childbirth if the woman is pregnant. After this, the woman in iddah is permitted to use perfume, adornments, and everything she was previously prohibited from. The calculation of the iddah begins, according to the majority of scholars, from the moment of death or divorce, based on the Almighty's saying: "four months and ten [days]" and "their waiting period is three months." They stated that Allah has specified the iddah with a time, and it is not permissible to exceed it. The Malikis hold that she observes the iddah from the moment of death or divorce, but the day of death or divorce is not counted as part of the iddah. The more preponderant view is that of the majority of scholars, especially given the current ability to accurately calculate hours.
