Whoever resolves to do a good deed—such as a good intercession—but does not do it, Allah the Almighty records a reward for him for his intention, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever intends to perform a good deed, but does not do it, Allah records it with Him as a complete good deed."
