The answer

It is not permissible to deposit money in a usurious bank, even if the usurious interest is disposed of and given to the poor, because that is considered aiding in falsehood. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." However, if a Muslim is compelled to do so due to the absence of Islamic banks, there is no sin, provided that it is limited to the extent of the necessity and the interest is disposed of by immediately giving it to the poor and needy. It is not permissible to use it.
