What is the ruling on watching clean Japanese animated series (anime) that do not offend Allah or His Messenger, and what is the ruling on learning the Japanese language?

Watching translated Japanese animated films (anime) is not permissible if they contain anything that violates Islamic law or beliefs, or if they distort facts and history. Such films are often not free from dangers and prohibitions. However, learning Japanese or other foreign languages is permissible and may even be obligatory. As for adorning oneself with their respectable clothes and wearing them under the hijab, it is not permissible if these clothes are specific to them, as this is considered a blameworthy imitation of disbelievers.
