How is the estate of a man who died leaving behind a wife, a mother, and half-siblings (brothers and sisters from the father's side) to be distributed, given that he left a house, a plot of agricultural land inherited from his paternal aunt, and a pension from his work?

If a man dies and leaves behind a mother, a wife, and uterine brothers and sisters only, then the wife takes one-fourth, the mother takes one-sixth, and the uterine brothers and sisters share one-third equally. The inheritance is divided into four shares: one share for the wife, one share for the mother (as a prescribed share and by way of return), and two shares for the uterine brothers and sisters (as a prescribed share and by way of return), to be divided equally among them. Inheritance issues must be presented to Sharia (definition) courts due to the presence of some heirs, wills, debts, and rights that may be unknown to the heirs, and which take precedence over the heirs' right to the money. It should also be noted that the pension paid to the deceased's family may or may not be included in the inheritance.
